The Albemarle Hospice 5k will be in downtown Elizabeth City, with day of the race registration held in the waterfront parking area. The course will begin at the Elizabeth City Waterfront and wind through downtown Elizabeth City. Day of the race registration will be from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. The race will begin at 8:00 a.m.

Online registration Online race registration will close August 5th. There will be awards given to the top three overall male and female finishers as well as the top three male and female finishers of each age category: 12 & under, 13-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, and 55 & up. Registration before August 5th costs $20 and after August 5th it becomes $25.
